We are doing this by building a world‑class last mile operation, significantly complimented by Amazon Flex. Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors – called delivery partners – to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages.
We are looking for a dynamic leader who enjoys solving complex demand‑supply matching problems. This is a highly strategic role, where you will own products that make the right capacity planning decisions balancing a diverse set of business metrics. As the leader for this domain, you will set long‑term strategy and vision, collaborate with multiple cross‑functional stakeholders, develop scalable mechanisms to expand our products world‑wide, and deliver products and solutions that delight delivery partners.
Key Job Responsibilities- Experience as a product manager or owner.
- 3+ years of end‑to‑end product delivery experience.
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and trade‑offs of a product.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data‑driven insights.
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
