Lead Lift Experience – Team Lead

The Lift Experience Team’s mission is to provide employees and guests with a seamless end‑to‑end experience from mountain entrance to lift unloading. As a Lift Operations Team Lead you will be responsible for the safe operation of resort lifts, oversee employees in the Lift Experience Team, and deliver courteous and efficient guest service while exhibiting proven leadership skills.

• Lead daily operations of resort lifts, including scheduling staff and procedures for opening and closing lifts
• Assist with hiring, support, and training of operators and scanners; monitor and document lift operator performance to provide meaningful feedback, recognition, or corrective action
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of and enforce all applicable laws, policies, and procedures to ensure guest safety
• Collaborate with ski patrol, mountain safety, lift maintenance, and lift electric teams to address and resolve mountain issues
• Promote clean and organized workstations
• Receive, assess, and resolve guest questions, comments, and complaints in a timely manner
• Serve as a flexible team member within the Lift Experience department, taking on additional training to support ticket scanning as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
• 1‑2 years of previous lift or mountain operations experience (required)
• Physically capable of assisting guests while loading lifts; able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Fluent communication in English
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of inclement weather, including standing and moving on potentially slippery or uneven surfaces
• Capability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, holidays, and weekends
