SpaceX, via Starlink, is seeking a Business Analyst (Customer Success) to translate consumer data into actionable growth strategies. You will analyze metrics like LTV, CAC and churn, build forecasting models, and create dashboards to track acquisition and retention.
Collaborating with marketing, product, and sales, you will help set pricing insights and optimize revenue, while identifying data gaps and supporting regional market assessments across SpaceX sites.
