35882 - Evidence Services Allocations Advisor - National

Are you highly organised, data-driven and motivated by helping teams deliver their best work?

We're looking for an Evidence Services Allocations Advisor to join our Business Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in coordinating work across a national service, ensuring requests are understood, prioritised and allocated effectively to achieve the best outcomes for customers and stakeholders.

You'll be a key coordination point for incoming work, working closely with customers, stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure requests are clearly defined and allocated based on capacity, capability and business priorities. Through strong operational oversight, you'll help ensure work is delivered efficiently, risks are identified early and resources are used effectively.

Working with Team Leaders, Account Managers and technical specialists, you'll maintain visibility of workload, progress and performance across the service. You'll use business intelligence, performance data and operational insight to identify trends, highlight emerging pressures and support informed decision-making.

You'll also play an important role in continuous improvement, helping to embed data-led ways of working, improve workflow management processes and support a more consistent national approach to service delivery. As priorities change, you'll help coordinate allocations and adjust workloads, ensuring the service remains responsive and focused on delivering excellent customer outcomes.
