This role supports business growth by identifying market opportunities and analyzing competitive trends within the business development function. It involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to perform complex analyses and develop strategic recommendations for key business decisions. The role differentiates itself through the integration of financial modeling and executive-level communication to influence organizational strategy. Success is measured by the accuracy of insights delivered, stakeholder engagement, and the impact of strategic initiatives on business outcomes.

• Lead strategic projects to analyze business challenges and deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders
• Develop financial and market models to support decision-making and evaluate growth opportunities
• Synthesize complex data into clear, concise presentations for executive audiences
• Identify and communicate market and competitor trends to inform organizational strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive business initiatives
• Coordinate preparation activities for key organizational events such as earnings calls and board meetings
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

• Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field (Required)
• 7-10 years Management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or other related experience requiring quantitative analysis and executive presentation skills. (Required)
• Less than 2 years Prior experience in B2B, Product Strategy, and/or Telecom. (Preferred)
• 4-7 years Strategy and Problem Solving experience in framing complex problems, identifying key issues that impact business decisions and providing data driven recommendations. (Required)
• 4-7 years Financial modeling and Analytics. Experience in developing financial models and performing financial and operating analysis and reporting, including analyzing complex data. (Required)
• Less than 2 years Project management. Experience managing project independently, engaging and getting buy-in from stakeholders, creating roadmaps and project plans. (Preferred)

National Base Pay Range: $129,700 - $234,000
