Product and Implementation Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for managing Basic Book and Travel products and coordinating commercial area implementations
, ensuring the proper execution of product launches, updates, and enhancements, as well as alignment between business, operations, and commercial teams.

• Manage the Basic Book and Travel product portfolio.
• Coordinate the implementation of new sales campaigns, products, changes, and updates requested by commercial teams.
• Track functional and operational requirements related to commercial implementations.
• Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and product specifications.
• Work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, technology, and other relevant teams.
• Validate that implementations meet defined timelines, standards, and business objectives.
• Support the resolution of issues or adjustments arising from commercial operations.
• Monitor product performance and propose improvements when needed.

• Experience in product management, project implementation, or commercial coordination.
