Working from our modern Malaga office, you'll support a range of residential projects, ensuring designs are accurately documented, compliant and construction-ready.

• Preparing construction documentation and working drawings
• Producing plan amendments and client variation updates
• Supporting concept development and design refinement
• Coordinating with consultants, certifiers and internal stakeholders
• Reviewing plans for accuracy, compliance and buildability
• Ensuring documentation aligns with NCC, R-Codes and local authority requirements
• Resolving drafting and documentation queries throughout the build process
• Assisting in delivering projects from design through to construction

• Residential drafting experience within the WA building industry
• Strong ArchiCAD capability
• Sound knowledge of NCC, R-Codes and residential construction requirements
• Experience preparing working drawings and construction documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Practical understanding of how designs translate into construction outcomes
