Restoration Foreman Are you a hands-on, safety-oriented leader who takes pride in getting a job site back to better-than-new condition? If you have experience running asphalt and concrete restoration crews and a passion for quality craftsmanship, we want you on our team!
Position Overview:
As a Restoration Foreman you'll take charge of restoration crews in your designated area, ensuring every site is restored safely, cleanly, on time, and to spec. You'll be the driving force behind daily field operations, leading your crew through every phase of the job.
Responsibilities will include:
Lead and supervise field crews performing asphalt paving, patching, and concrete restoration work
Read and interpret project specs, blueprints, and work orders to guide daily crew activities
Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower to keep restoration work on schedule
Ensure all restoration work meets company safety standards, quality requirements, and municipality/customer specifications
Train and mentor crew members on proper restoration techniques and equipment use Communicate daily progress, site conditions, and issues to project managers and customers
Maintain accurate daily reports, material tickets, and crew timekeeping records
Coordinate with municipalities, utility locators, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely restoration
Identify and resolve field issues quickly to keep projects moving without compromising quality
Always maintain a clean and professional job site
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a foreman or crew lead in asphalt and/or concrete restoration (preferably both)
Strong knowledge of restoration techniques, materials, and equipment
Ability to read blueprints, specs, and work orders
Proven ability to manage a crew and multiple site priorities in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills Additional Information:
Primarily field-based position with travel between job sites
