Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Intern to gain hands‑on experience in the construction industry. This internship provides an opportunity to learn about construction operations, project management, field activities, and the day‑to‑day processes that support successful projects.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, works well with others, and is interested in building a career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project teams with day‑to‑day administrative and operational tasks.

  • Support project managers, superintendents, estimators, and other team members as needed.

  • Assist with reviewing project documents, drawings, schedules, and reports.

  • Help maintain accurate project records and documentation.

  • Participate in project meetings and gain exposure to construction processes.

  • Assist with tracking materials, equipment, schedules, and other project needs.

  • Support field and office personnel with various tasks and projects.

  • Learn and utilize construction‑related software and technology.

  • Follow company safety policies and procedures.

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree, certificate, or coursework related to Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Safety, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong interest in the construction industry.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to maintain professionalism in both office and field environments.
