- Estimate a broad range of small, medium, and large $30 million+ construction projects for electrical and low voltage trades.
- Evaluate and estimate opportunities for prefabrication on each project
- Ensure deadlines, bid specs, and cost-plus pricing targets are met
- Assemble required bid package documentation
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external bid stakeholders
- Estimate a broad range of small, medium, and large $30 million+ construction projects for electrical and low voltage trades.
- Evaluate and estimate opportunities for prefabrication on each project
- Ensure deadlines, bid specs, and cost-plus pricing targets are met
- Assemble required bid package documentation
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external bid stakeholders
- Previous experience in Electrical or Low Voltage, especially in data centers, critical environments and commercial spaces.
- Strong take-off and blueprint reading skills, proven experience estimating $1 million to $30 million+ projects
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills, familiar with electrical and technology terminology.
- Deadline and detail-oriented, knows inclusions and exclusions, markup and margin, and various pricing methodologies
- Strong leadership and mentoring qualities
- Trained in using Trimble's Accubid Anywhere (electrical)
- Experience using Bluebeam, Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Project
