  • Assist in the set‑up of VIP areas before doors open and maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout the festival.
  • Be creative and flexible with a wide range of tasks, and be willing to get Headliners excited about any and all activations.
Qualifications
  • Large‑scale event experience – exceeding 5,000 attendees.
  • Proactive and creative thinker with problem‑solving ability and the capacity to "think on [your] feet."
  • Ability to work long hours, weekends, and travel as needed.
  • Personable, enthusiastic, and able to work well in group environments.
Work Environment

Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments; may work in drastic temperature climates. Must be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evenings and weekend hours to meet deadlines.
