Job Summary
We are currently looking for an On‑Site Marketing Representative for Cascades Amphitheater. This person, under the guidance of the Region 7 On‑Site Venue Marketing team, will be responsible for multiple tasks essential to the success of Live Nation’s on‑site marketing efforts.
Responsibilities- Coordinate media pass delivery to the approved media outlets and escort photographers to the approved area for the allotted time at each show
- Create and post lively coverage of each event on the venue’s social media pages
- Respond to fans who message our pages with questions about the event they are attending
- Work with our house photographer at each show to ensure quality content is being captured
- Assist with keeping marketing posters/signage on‑site up to date
- Assist with general venue responsibilities as determined night of show by Venue Staff including the On‑Site Venue Marketing Manager and General Manager
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Extensive music knowledge: event planning, concert, or sports marketing experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while juggling multiple tasks
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem‑solve independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a very busy, high‑pressure setting
$17.13 USD – $20.00 USD hourly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
