Customer Care Representative

FULL/PART TIME:
Part-Time Position | Full Time Potential

COMPENSATION:
Starting at $21 – $24/hr

The Nuts and Bolts

You’ll be:

  • Answering customer calls, emails, and live chats about HVAC services and scheduling.
  • Coordinating service appointments and follow-ups between customers and technicians.
  • Managing multiple tasks at once, from updating customer records to handling inquiries.
  • Troubleshooting customer concerns and escalating complex issues to the right team members.
  • Working in a fast-paced office, collaborating with a supportive team to keep things running smoothly.
