- Process member transactions while creating a positive member experience.
- Consistently balance checks and cash drawer.
- Receive consumer, home loans, and other payments; ensure accuracy when posting to the computer.
- Add basic accounts (certificates of deposit, money markets, and share accounts) to existing memberships.
- Post IRA and HSA contributions and withdrawals as needed.
- Promote, explain, issue, and cross‑sell other credit union services such as electronic services, debit and credit cards, and new deposit and loan accounts.
- Refer members to partners in the Mortgage Department and Horizon Retirement and Investment (HRI).
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all credit union products, services, and related policies, procedures, and regulations.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Six months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
