Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We support government agencies and public sector organizations by building dependable staffing pipelines for critical operations and support roles.

We are currently connecting with Dispatchers and Public Safety Support Professionals in Cashmere, Washington, and the surrounding 10-mile areas for upcoming opportunities. This is NOT an immediate opening — we are building a pre-screened candidate pool for future client and contract needs.

- Call Center & Coordination Professionals
Preferred qualifications
- Dispatch, emergency response, or call center experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience handling high-volume calls
- Familiarity with CAD systems or public safety software is a plus
- Open to various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation
Compensation varies depending on assignment type, location, shift, and experience.
