Albertsons - 607 Omache Drive - Responsibilities:
Directs and supervises front-end activities including: monitoring customer traffic and service level, coordinating and implementing front end service programs, maintaining cleanliness standards, safety and appearance of front-end;
Handles cash flow and controls including: safe transactions, tills, refunds, rain checks, and money handling policies;
Assists with interviewing and hiring of front-end staff and training front-end employees;
Maintains positive customer relations and resolves complaints;
Ensures front-end is fully operational and projects a positive image
