In this position, you will serve as a key point of contact for client questions, updates, and coordination. You’ll work within established systems and processes to ensure every interaction is professional, accurate, and supportive.

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and messaging platforms
• Provide accurate information, updates, and next steps
• Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and general coordination
• Document interactions and maintain organized client records
• Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure completion
• Deliver friendly, professional service in every interaction

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service or client-facing experience preferred (not required)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

• Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems
