We are looking for an Internal Sales Assistant to become our next dedicated team member to assist with duties and responsibilities across the Malaga branch
.

• Handling incoming phone and email enquiries and processing sales orders
• Work closely with key internal stakeholders
• Sales support to on-road representatives
• Face to face service for walk-in-trade customer

To be successful in this role, you’ll have customer service or administration experience and a strong eye for detail. Our fast‑paced environment requires excellent organisation and the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks.

• Friendly, cooperative attitude in team environments
• 2 year's admin or customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
• Familiarity in sales and inventory-based software for customer order processing & invoicing would be an advantage but not necessary
• Confidence to deliver phone, email and face to face customer service
• Product based customer service preferred, but not essential

All necessary training will be provided.
