Job Summary:
The Stevens Pass Nordic Center has a full-time position available for an Assistant Manager for the upcoming winter season! The Nordic Center Assistant Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality guest and employee experiences while supporting the overall success of the Nordic Center operations. Job Specifications:

Job Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Oversee and run all aspects of Nordic operations including Scheduling, trail inspection and maintenance, ancillary business and administrative duties. Manage and deliver employee performance through feedback sessions, mid-season and end of season evaluations. Work with the Skier Services Senior Manager and SRS Manager to support and achieve Guest Experience targets for the success of the overall Nordic Center. Monitoring telephone and email communications and responding to guest requests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
Resolve guest complaints by utilizing guest service guidelines and accommodate special requests when appropriate. Understand, lead and model safety standards within the department. Ensure staff are knowledgeable and adhere to company policies and procedures, and work schedules expectations. Communicate effectively with leadership, peers and other departments to create an environment of support and trust that will benefit staff and guests.
Understand, lead and model the Company's mission, vision and values. Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year working in a Nordic Center or similar field Microsoft Office proficiency Fluent in all aspects of the English language Familiar with both Classic and Skate Nordic disciplines Must be able to work in a high alpine environment Must have excellent guest service and communication skills Must work well in a team Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends, weekdays, & holidays Offers may be contingent upon a post offer background check and reference checks The expected pay range is $25.00 - $28.60.
