Salary Range: $19.40 To $22.53 Hourly

We are seeking a talented, adaptable Dental Lab Tech to join our team and directly impact the health, confidence, and lives of underserved individuals in our community.
In this unique, dynamic role, you won’t just be hidden away in a lab. You will work closely with our providers and patients, splitting your expertise between precise laboratory fabrication and occasional hands‑on clinical support as a Dental Assistant.
Experience: Proven experience as a Dental Laboratory Technician (experience with both fixed and removable prosthetics is highly valued).
Versatility: Previous experience or formal training as a Dental Assistant (or a strong willingness to learn and cross‑train). Insert any state‑specific DA certifications/X‑ray licenses if required.
Precision & Artistry: Exceptional manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for color and spatial relationships.
Heart for Service: A positive, team‑oriented attitude and a genuine passion for working within a non‑profit, community‑health setting.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES :
Strong hand dexterity for handling instruments and fabricating detailed appliances.
Ability to gain knowledge of all materials and techniques used in crowns, bridges, and removable prosthetics.
Detail‑oriented with strong visual skills related to definition and artistry in dental work.
Ability to access web‑based applications and programs as necessary for lab work.
ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
Possess Dental Technician Certification preferred.
Must be registered as a Dental Assistant with the state of Washington and hold a current basic life support certification.
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
