At DOCS Dental, our part‑time Pediatric Dentists provide exceptional, specialty care in modern, fully digitalized clinics located on Army and Air Force bases nationwide. We serve those who serve, offering a steady, exclusive patient population of military families, veterans, and federal employees.

What You’ll Enjoy at DOCS Dental:- Competitive Daily Compensation or Percentage of Production, whichever is higher
- Flexible Scheduling: 2‑4 Saturdays per month
- Clinical Support: A fully staffed team to assist with patient care and clinical flow
- Examine, diagnose, and treat dental conditions in infants, children, and adolescents
- Provide preventive care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
- Perform restorations, extractions, pulp therapy, and other pediatric procedures
- Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Collaborate with general dentists, orthodontists, and other specialists as needed
- Ensure a positive patient experience with gentle, kid‑friendly care
- Modern Clinics: Work in state‑of‑the‑art facilities with digital radiography, Itero scanners, and updated surgical equipment
- Consistent Patient Base: Treat an eligible military‑affiliated population with steady referrals for pediatric care.
- Team‑Based Environment: Work with experienced professionals in a respectful, mission‑driven culture
- Make an Impact: Your expertise helps improve the quality of life for service members and their families
- DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program
- Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program, preferred
- 1 year experience working in Pediatrics, required.
- Active State Dental License
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Willing to obtain a Real base access
- Pass a background (Criminal & Malpractice), urinalysis & applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations.
