At DOCS Dental, our part‑time Pediatric Dentists provide exceptional, specialty care in modern, fully digitalized clinics located on Army and Air Force bases nationwide. We serve those who serve, offering a steady, exclusive patient population of military families, veterans, and federal employees.

• Competitive Daily Compensation or Percentage of Production, whichever is higher
• Flexible Scheduling: 2‑4 Saturdays per month
• Clinical Support: A fully staffed team to assist with patient care and clinical flow

• Examine, diagnose, and treat dental conditions in infants, children, and adolescents
• Provide preventive care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Perform restorations, extractions, pulp therapy, and other pediatric procedures
• Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care
• Collaborate with general dentists, orthodontists, and other specialists as needed
• Ensure a positive patient experience with gentle, kid‑friendly care

• Modern Clinics: Work in state‑of‑the‑art facilities with digital radiography, Itero scanners, and updated surgical equipment
• Consistent Patient Base: Treat an eligible military‑affiliated population with steady referrals for pediatric care.

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program
• Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program, preferred
• 1 year experience working in Pediatrics, required.
• Active State Dental License
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Willing to obtain a Real  base access
• Pass a background (Criminal & Malpractice), urinalysis & applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations.
