Join our team as a Relief Dental Hygienist
Responsible for providing patient‑centered preventative dental care, maintaining accurate medical records, and assisting providers with clinical procedures.
Key Duties Include- Performing dental x‑rays, periodontal care, and restorative procedures such as placing and carving fillings
- Administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia as needed
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and developing treatment plans in collaboration with providers
- Ensuring infection control and sterilization standards are met
- Contributing to program development and clinic efficiency improvements
- Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program and valid license
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, with proficiency at level 10 for differential pay
- Knowledge of dental practices, anesthesia, and restorations
- Strong manual dexterity, time management, and computer skills
