Fisheries Technician 1 Position
Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission is recruiting candidates to fill the role of the Fisheries Technician 1 position located in Salkum, Washington.
This is a full-time temporary position with a duration of 5 months or less.
Position/Project SpecificsThe successful candidate will be working with the Tacoma Public Utilities Staff as a member of the Tacoma Power Natural Resources Services and Delivery team. This team is responsible with providing resources to project managers to ensure the department meets various license requirements.
The majority of the work will be performed as part of the Cowlitz River Hydroelectric Project. On occasion the candidate will be asked to travel to the Cushman Hydroelectric Project as well as to the Nisqually River Project Facilities (the Adler Dam and the LaGrande Dam) to perform related job duties.
