What You’ll Do:

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger reconciliations
• Prepare detailed financial reports—balance sheets, P&L statements, forecasts
• Administer end-to-end payroll processes using systems like ADP
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and support month-end close
• Calculate, prepare and issue invoices, account statements and other financial statements
• Process tax filings, government forms, and payroll adjustments
• Serve as a key liaison between HR and Finance

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in both accounting and payroll
• Proficiency with Quick Books, ADP Pay eXpert, and Excel
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Comfort with tools like SharePoint, Dropbox, and Google Drive

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in AR follow-ups and financial reporting systems
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
