Summary:
The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting the accuracy and integrity of the organization's financial records through general ledger accounting, month-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial analysis. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while partnering with cross-functional teams. The Senior Accountant plays a key role in ensuring compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and organizational policies.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
* 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience
* Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
* Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to self-review work
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
