Position
SAP Accounts Receivable with Sales Integration
Location:
Washington DC (Onsite)
Employment Type:
Contract
You will manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes in SAP, focusing on integration with Sales & Distribution (SD module) for order-to-cash (O2C) flows — including billing, collections, credit management, and customer invoicing.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and support SAP AR: customer invoicing, incoming payments, dunning, credit limits, and dispute management.
- Handle SD-FI integration: sales order billing, revenue recognition, and reconciliations.
- Post and reconcile AR transactions; manage customer master data and aging reports.
- Support collections, cash application, and month-end closing activities.
- Resolve billing issues in collaboration with sales teams.
- SAP FI-AR + SD integration experience.
- Knowledge of billing types, revenue accounts, and payment processing.
- Familiarity with S/4
HANA AR automation/tools is advantageous. - Analytical skills for DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) monitoring and reporting.
