Financial Business Process Manager / Senior Manager

Job Description:
Support the Army's transition to EBS-C by providing audit expertise and financial controls recommendations during business process sprints.
Duties include:
- Attending sprints and advising on audit and posting logic concerns
- Reviewing Army process documentation and NFRs
- Developing white papers outlining controls and recommendations
- Coordinating with process owners to ensure audit readiness
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Federal accounting, TFM, posting logic, and ITGCs
- Army environment familiarity (Working Capital Fund experience is a plus)
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
Minimum Requirements:
Master's + 4 years federal financial management + 2 years federal accounting
