Jobot is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join its accounting team at a respected law firm. You will oversee the complete billing cycle, collaborate with attorneys and leadership, and ensure timely, accurate client invoices.
This temp-to-hire role offers a 37.5-hour week, hybrid schedule after onboarding, and opportunities to improve billing processes with direct impact on financial results. Reporting to the Controller, you’ll handle prebills, revisions, and final invoices.
