• O versee the day-to-day internal controls and operations, leading team members in the department
• Review and issue timely client deliverables with analysis to ensure accurate information has been recorded and reported to clients and stakeholders
• Client cash and investment management
• Develop and manage annual budget and cash forecastingsystemforclients
• Manage audit & tax process for entities and complete reporting forentities on a timely basis
• Manage and coach theaccountingstaff; ensure the team deliversthehighest standard of departmental, cross-departmental, external teamwork,and customer service
• Manage Fiscal Services client relationshipsandstakeholders (legal, insurance, IT, bankingcommittees & board members) on behalf ofclients
• Supervision of Senior Accountants

Qualifying for this role meansyou have abachelor’sdegreeinaccountingor related field and8-10 years of progressive and non-profitexperience in accounting. You have experience with donor grant agreements, grant management, and restricted grant accounting (including net asset tracking and indirect allocation accounting). You have a knowledge of banking cash management systems,Quick Books O nline and/or Net Suite , Bill, MS Office including in-depthuse of Excel.

This is a full-time position and maybe fully remote, with travel to headquarters in Washington, DC for team meetings on occasion.

Local employees are in a hybrid work model, with 1-4 days per month in our Washington, DCheadquarters office.

The salary range is $105,000-$120,000, depending on the experience you have.
