- Manage global partner accounting processes, supporting all aspects of partner financial administration across the firm.
- Calculate and process partner payments, prepare partner financial statements, and manage partner capital accounts-including capital calls, loan drawdowns, and repayment schedules.
- Prepare partner-related journals and reconcile partner accounts in Elite 3E, ensuring accurate cash and accrual balances.
- Assist with budgeting and cash-flow analysis related to partner remuneration and firm liquidity planning.
- Lead partner onboarding and offboarding financial reviews, conducting meetings to explain financial obligations, statements, and capital arrangements.
- Support leadership on process improvements, partner tax/payroll initiatives, audit inquiries, and cross-regional consistency between U.S. and non-U.S. partner accounting practices.
Key Job Responsivities

- Prepare partner-related journals and reconcile partner accounts in Elite 3E, ensuring accurate cash and accrual balances.
- Assist with budgeting and cash-flow analysis related to partner remuneration and firm liquidity planning.
- Lead partner onboarding and offboarding financial reviews, conducting meetings to explain financial obligations, statements, and capital arrangements.
- Support leadership on process improvements, partner tax/payroll initiatives, audit inquiries, and cross-regional consistency between U.S. and non-U.S. partner accounting practices.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in professional services or accountancy, ideally within a law firm's partnership accounting function.
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze, model, and reconcile complex partner financial data accurately.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and administrative competence, with strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex financial information clearly to partners and stakeholders at all levels.
