Our publicly traded, growing technology client located in the DC DMV (Hybrid) is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager of Technical Accounting. This will be visible to the C-Level and manage all aspects of technical accounting and accounting policy research/implementation.
Duties- analysis of complex transactions
- assessments of new accounting guidance and the impact to the business
- assisting with SEC filings
- SOX compliance
- coordinating with internal teams to provide insights into topics like revenue recognition, business combinations, leases, derivatives, etc.
Compensation up to $175K + bonus. They are known to have an excellent work life balance and benefits.
