Divisional Operations Controller - Full Time Finance Leadership Role

Our client is seeking a Divisional Operations Controller to oversee the accounting, financial reporting, and control functions for a portfolio of accounts within a growing division. This Divisional Operations Controller role serves as a key business partner to operations leadership, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insight so support revenue growth and cost management.

• Lead all accounting and financial operations for assigned accounts
• Oversee AP, AR, financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company standards
• Partner with operational leaders to identify revenue opportunities and control costs
• Ensure compliance with management agreements, internal controls, and reporting requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related
• 7+ years of accounting, finance or operational finance experience
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
• Experience supporting multi-site or operational business environments
• Strong Excel skills - experience with SAP preferred
