A growing professional services organization is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to support firmwide administration, workflow optimization, and tax-related operational oversight. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth internal processes and high-quality client service.

• Manage day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions
• Maintain internal policies, employee documentation, and firm processes
• Support tax‑related operations, including coordination of tax cycles and processing tasks as needed
• Assist with billing and internal reporting
• Review and interpret operational data and recommend improvements
• Oversee workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
• Provide high‑level support to internal teams and client‑facing operations

• 5+ years of experience in a CPA firm or tax‑focused professional services environment (required)
• Strong understanding of tax operations and seasonal workflow cycles
• Ability to support or process business tax returns
• Experience with billing and administrative systems
• Excellent communication skills; polished and professional
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to balance multiple priorities
• Proactive, organized, and hands‑on approach to daily operations
• Commitment to accuracy, service, and continuous improvement
