Our client, a highly established firm in the financial services industry, is building a new client-facing tax services team and hiring Senior Tax Accountants. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly formed group supporting high-net-worth clients with tax preparation, filing, planning, consulting, and client advisory services.

What you’ll do:
Prepare and review federal, state, and local individual income tax returns
Work with Forms 1040 and supporting documents including W-2s, 1099s, and K-1sAdvise clients on tax compliance, filings, planning opportunities, and broader tax strategy
Research complex tax questions and help resolve filing issues and discrepancies
Partner with financial planning teams to support broader client goals
Review work prepared by Client Tax Accountants and provide timely, constructive feedback
Train, coach, and mentor team members
Maintain organized documentation and clearly communicate tax outcomes to clients
What we’re looking for:
5–7+ years of tax experience within a public accounting firm Experience preparing and reviewing individual tax returns
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fieldCPA, JD, or EA required
Strong client-facing presence with the ability to provide consultation and guidance directly to clients
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment
** This role will be fully onsite for a training period of 3–6 months and then will move to a hybrid schedule, typically 1–2 days remote per week.
** Posted salary ranges do not include bonus. Candidates can expect a strong discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
