Databricks is seeking a Payroll Tax Manager to serve as the internal SME on payroll tax, advising payroll, equity, HR, and accounting on legislative changes. You will lead all payroll tax audits and partner with multiple teams to optimize tax reporting and compliance across global operations.
You will develop payroll tax policy, validate positions, and support M&A integrations regarding pre/post-close tax positions. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
