We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and support accurate financial reporting. This role is responsible for maintaining general ledger activity, reconciling accounts, processing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with payroll, and ensuring financial records are current and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
+ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
+ Perform bank and account reconciliations.
+ Assist with payroll processing and related recordkeeping.
+ Prepare financial reports and support month-end close.
+ Monitor accounting controls and help ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
+ Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting operations, or a related finance role.
+ Proficiency with accounting and business software such as Quick Books, Microsoft D365, Oracle Net Suite, SAP, Workday, PowerBI, or SQL.
+ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors.
