About the Role
MIRACORP is looking for individuals who enjoy helping others and keeping things running smoothly. In this role, you'll support day-to-day operations for a federal government HR team by handling a variety of administrative tasks and providing helpful, friendly service to applicants and employees.
* This position is contingent upon contract award*
Essential Functions
- Maintain accurate records by entering, updating, and uploading documents into secure HR systems
- Respond to applicant and employee questions by phone and email using clear, helpful communication
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and pre-employment activities using shared calendars
- Sort, prepare, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Scan, file, and organize personnel documents to support HR processing workflows
- Assist with onboarding tasks, including preparing folders, collecting forms, and updating checklists
- Support meeting logistics by reserving conference rooms, sending invites, and preparing materials
- Track training, certifications, and required documentation for staff
- Maintain office supplies and assist with basic inventory tasks
- Provide general administrative support to HR teams as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience
- Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
- Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
