Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, placing orders and ensuring timely restocking to support operational efficiency.
- Monitor and replenish kitchen and breakroom essentials, including beverages and cleaning supplies, to maintain a clean and stocked environment.
- Oversee the scheduling and upkeep of conference rooms and shared office spaces to ensure they are ready for meetings and daily use.
- Collaborate with vendors to manage supply orders, track deliveries, and address any issues related to office needs.
- Conduct regular inspections of office areas to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and a well-maintained appearance.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing work spaces and providing basic office orientation.
- Provide backup support for reception duties, including answering calls, distributing mail, and scheduling tasks.
- Operate and maintain office equipment, ensuring functionality and troubleshooting minor issues as needed.
- Support general administrative tasks such as scanning documents, preparing materials, and coordinating schedules.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations and address any office-related concerns. Requirements - Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining basic office equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
