Position: 2026 Summer Assistant - Office of the Reporter of Decisions

This is a summer assistant position with the Office of the Reporter of Decisions at the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, D.C. Closing Date:
Sunday, 03/01/2026, 11:59 PM ET.

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
  • Meet education requirements (see below).
  • Work experience, preferably in an office setting.
  • Previous editing and legal research experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, courteously, and effectively both orally and in writing is required.
  • Availability for at least eight weeks.
