This is a summer assistant position in the Curator's Office of the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, D.C.

E. Burger in 1973 to record and preserve the Court's history. Its mission is to promote a greater public understanding and appreciation of the nation's highest court. The Summer Assistant provides entry-level support to the Collections Management department. Duties include participating in an inventory of objects in the collection, cataloguing in a collections management database, assisting with a collections maintenance program, rehousing collection objects, conducting high-resolution digital imaging, and assisting with historical research.
