Administrative Services Coordinator – Washington, DC (On-Site)

A leading law firm is seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to be the primary on-site contact for hospitality, facilities coordination, and workplace culture programming in the DC office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all catering requests, vendor coordination, setup, and cleanup
  • Track catering costs, assist with invoices, budgets, and reporting
  • Oversee pantry, breakroom, and supply rooms to ensure professional standards
  • Support firm events, receptions, partner lunches, and meeting room logistics
  • Assist with workplace culture initiatives, employee engagement events, and recognition programs
  • Draft internal communications and help track program participation and feedback
Qualifications
  • 5+ years administrative/office services experience; law firm experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Professional presence with the ability to build rapport across attorneys and staff

The salary range for this position is $35/hr – $41/hr
