Administrative Services Coordinator – Washington, DC (On-Site)
A leading law firm is seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to be the primary on-site contact for hospitality, facilities coordination, and workplace culture programming in the DC office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all catering requests, vendor coordination, setup, and cleanup
- Track catering costs, assist with invoices, budgets, and reporting
- Oversee pantry, breakroom, and supply rooms to ensure professional standards
- Support firm events, receptions, partner lunches, and meeting room logistics
- Assist with workplace culture initiatives, employee engagement events, and recognition programs
- Draft internal communications and help track program participation and feedback
- 5+ years administrative/office services experience; law firm experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Professional presence with the ability to build rapport across attorneys and staff
The salary range for this position is $35/hr – $41/hr
