The Executive Assistant provides direct administrative support to federal staff at a government agency in Washington, DC.
Position Duties- Provides executive-level administrative and operational support.
- Manages scheduling, communications, and office logistics. This may include arranging and coordinating meetings, booking meeting spaces, drafting meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up with meeting participants.
- Creates, reviews, and briefs administrative and operational reports as required/requested.
- Ensures efficient coordination, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Performs other duties and supports special projects as assigned.
- Requires a BA/BS degree in a related discipline and at least 6 years of related experience with a BA/BS degree.
- Prior experience providing executive-level administrative and operational support to include managing scheduling, communications, and office logistics.
- Strong attention to detail, administrative and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and independently meet deadlines.
- Expertise in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- This position requires an existing Public Trust or the ability to obtain one.
- This role and associated duties will be performed on site at a government facility located in Washington, DC.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $32.69 - $44.23. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
