- Collect time records submitted via various means and accurately enter the data into the payroll processing system within established deadlines
- Process payroll related documentation relating to new employees, terminations and transfers
- Maintain spreadsheets and track various payroll data
- Assist with copying, filing and other administrative payroll projects
- Maintain and organize various filing systems
- Prepare payroll records for off-site storage
- Assist with HR projects and assignments as needed

Minimum and
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum one year experience of payroll entry, calculation and submissions preferred
- Experience with ViewPoint payroll system a plus
- Strong PC Skills including proficiency with Excel and MS Word
- Flexible schedule to meet deadlines and projects
- High School Diploma
Salary Range: $24.50-$25.50/hour
Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this position must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for an extended period of time and frequently stand and walk. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel: and reach with hands and arms;
talk and hear. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move office equipment up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include viewing computer monitors. Most work is performed in an office environment during normal business hours.
