Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Washington, DC. This role supports internal marketing operations by assisting with campaign coordination, client communication, and administrative marketing tasks. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin their marketing career in a structured, fast-paced business environment focused on communication and client support services.

Job: Full time
Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning and coordinating marketing projects and internal initiatives.
  • Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks related to marketing activities.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates, gather information, and address general inquiries.
  • Maintain and update campaign documentation, reports, and internal marketing files.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and materials for internal reviews or client meetings.
  • Track project timelines and ensure tasks are completed according to established deadlines.
  • Monitor performance metrics and assist in compiling summary reports for management.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required);
    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
