Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage complex priorities, anticipate needs, and act as a trusted liaison for both internal teams and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Chief of Staff, ensuring seamless coordination across the Executive Office and aligning support efforts with organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver executive-level support to the CEO, managing a dynamic calendar and coordinating domestic and international travel.
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to coordinate priorities, manage workflows, and maintain alignment across the Executive Office.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare briefing materials, correspondence, and documents to ensure the CEO is fully prepared for meetings, events, and strategic initiatives.
- Support planning and execution of high-profile projects and events, including sensitive or confidential matters.
- Organize and maintain executive office records, files, and systems.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 10 years of proven experience providing high-level executive support with exceptional organizational and scheduling skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; professional and poised under pressure.
- Discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive, creative problem-solver with flexibility and sound judgment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, including the Chief of Staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and research skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and interest in supporting strategic business initiatives.
- Availability for occasional extended hours as needed.
- Full-time role with competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
- Salary range: $190,000 – $200,000.
