Position OverviewCornerstone seeks a full-time, team-oriented individual to join our Operations team in our Washington, D.C. office to assist with a wide range of tasks related to the firm’s day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities- Performing critical day-to-day administrative operations including but not limited to providing front desk coverage, answering phones, greeting and assisting guests, assisting with office supply ordering, and handling package deliveries;
- Assisting the Human Resources team with recruitment efforts including scheduling and coordination of documents;
- Proactively identifying and solving scheduling conflicts;
- Assisting with the management of the firm’s year-round D.C. and state intern program;
- Planning and overseeing employee engagement events and initiatives in our D.C. office;
- Providing coverage support to the Office Operations team for in-office events;
- Providing direct support and assistance to internal staff; and,
- Performing special projects and fielding ad hoc requests.

The ideal candidate for this position has a bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience. Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent communication skills.
Compensation and BenefitsBase salary for this position shall be based on experience and level of education and range from $60,000 to $70,000. Employees are eligible for annual performance-based bonuses as well as full coverage of medical, dental, vision, life and long-term disability insurance premiums. In addition, employees are eligible to receive a 401(k)-employer match and shares in the firm’s employee stock ownership plan, upon entry into the plan.
