In this temporary Facilities Coordinator role, you will provide facilities and office support in a highly professional environment. By providing help wherever it may be needed, from serving as the point of contact for deliveries and visitors, managing office supplies, maintaining office hospitality needs, and ensuring meeting spaces are in order, to coordinating any other facilities issues, this role is essential to maintaining the ease and professionalism of this well-regarded firm.

- Serve as first point of contact for all deliveries and visitors to the firm, monitoring those coming in and out of the office.
- Provide facilities support, and back-up front desk coverage as needed.
- Maintain professional and tidy meeting rooms and office workstations.
- Order and manage firm’s inventory including kitchen supplies and office items.
- Maintain hospitality needs of the office throughout the day including replenishing fresh coffee and tea.
- Proactively respond to issues and call maintenance professionals to address issues relating to the office.
- Assist with essential administrative duties by supporting leaders with scheduling and expense reports.
- Flexibility to sit at the front desk when needed.
- Gain behind-the-scenes insight into a fast-paced, highly regarded law firm.

- This is a temporary role for at least one month.
- Professional. You have at least one year of experience supporting offices in receptionist and facilities functions and communicate with others professionally.
- Personable. You are friendly, welcoming, and comfortable sitting at the front desk.
- Office know-how. You see no ask as too big or too small and enjoy ensuring shared spaces are tidy, welcoming and organized.
- People-pleaser. You are engaging and thoughtful; your interactions with people bring a positive energy to the mix.
