Job SummaryEMCOR Government Services is seeking a Facility Logistics Coordinator (FLC) at our U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum account.
This position can be located in either Washington DC or Bowie, MD and requires travel between the two facilities in DC and Bowie. This position will assign, compile and record production data in Maximo to compare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control and other aspects of facility maintenance and logistics operations. The FLC reports directly to site management and EGS' Center of Excellence for Asset Management team.
The candidate will be a well‑rounded resource for customer service, Maximo‑CMMS, financial reporting, logistics/warehouse operations, administrative support, time‑keeping, AP/AR, scheduling/coordinating meetings, and reports/analysis.
The candidate will maintain a close, highly responsive, and professional relationship with the day‑to‑day activities of the USHMM management team.
The candidate will be expected to work independently, receiving minimal detailed supervision or guidance from supervisory staff.
Position is contingent upon award.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Managing non‑collections deliveries and warehouse inventories.
- Compiles and records data to compare records and reports on all aspects of facility maintenance.
- Compile and record production data from customer orders and work tickets.
- Write production reports based on data compiled and maintain files of documents used and prepared, compiling detailed action sheets or work tickets for use by workers as guides in daily maintenance activities.
- Prepares written schedules by generating preventive maintenance work orders, and sorts/distributes work tickets as required.
- Coordinate the work management process for assigned sites, including work reception, prioritization, planning, coordination, scheduling, assignment, tracking, completion, data entry and other administrative actions.
- Plan, schedule and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance actions.
- Perform administrative quality control checks, maintain, and file completed work orders.
- Assist with purchasing and inventory functions, as needed.
- Assist with daily office functions such as purchase orders, task orders, invoicing/billing, employee relations, etc.
- Determine method of shipping material.
- Receive material and check for shipping damages, inventory, and storage.
- Receive and ship merchandise in an orderly and timely fashion. Assemble containers/crates and pack goods to be shipped.
- Mark and label stock, perform inventories, issue parts and materials. Operate a forklift and pallet jacks.
- Document deliveries/shipments with computer software.
- Order parts and materials, manage inventory in a computer database.
- Ensure that the warehouse is clean and in order.
- Stage material for specific projects.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience performing similar duties, preferably on a facilities maintenance or logistics contract.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Proficient in MAXIMO and MS Office, highly preferred.
- Willing and able to travel between facilities in Washington, DC and Bowie, MD.

• Ability to lift 75 lbs.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annual salary.
