PositionWe are seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Nursing Officer (Full Time).
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide confidential, high‑level administrative support to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). The ideal candidate will manage the CNO’s daily workflow, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and prioritization of competing responsibilities. This role partners with leaders and staff across the organization to coordinate projects and ensure seamless communication and execution.
Responsibilities include arranging comprehensive travel logistics (transportation, accommodations, itineraries, meeting materials), preparing agendas and supporting documentation, and completing post‑travel expense reports. The Executive Assistant will also perform additional duties as assigned in support of departmental and organizational objectives.

QualificationsRequirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3–5 years of executive‑level administrative support experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting
- Experience supporting C‑suite or senior‑level leadership required
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and anticipate executive needs
- Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
